Hiking

Sunshine, twilight and moonlight,
Each, God's own part of the day,
Hillside, woodland and valley
Each part of life in its way.

A troubled world is forgotten
Tomorrow is far, far away,
The joy of the glow of the campfire
Make a friendship, for more than a day.

The fire burns down to its embers,
The moon comes up with its light
The hikers faces turn homeward
To peace and rest for the night.
