Mary A. ("Molly") TenBroeck passed away on December 10, 1986 in Paoli Memorial Hospital after a long illness. She was 76 years old.

Molly had been secretary of our Tredyffrin Easttown History Club for many years and was vitally interested in all the activities of the Club. She was the wife of Edward H. TenBroeck, also a member of the Club.

She was born in Philadelphia, a daughter of the late Craig and Emma Petzelt Atmore, and a graduate of Bryn Mawr College in the Class of 1932.

In addition to her membership in the History Club she was a founding member of the Tri-County Concert Association and for many years organized its Youth Music Festival. She was also a member of the Great Valley Association, and during World War II was active with the American Red Cross in Berwyn. She also served for many years as corresponding secretary of the Diamond Rock Old Pupils Association.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by two sons, two daughters, eight grandchildren, a brother, and a sister, Virginia Wilson, who is also a member of the History Club.

Her memorial service was held in the Chapel of the Church of the Good Samaritan in Paoli, with interment in the adjoining cemetery.

Her cheerfulness and good humor will be missed by all.

[Elizabeth Kirkner Weaver]
